Parent Consultation Meeting

Dear Parents and Carers,

Unfortunately due to current restrictions, we are still having to change the format of our Parent and Carer Meetings this year. In line with the guidance, we are unable to hold our meetings in the school building. However, at Silverhill we still feel this time to discuss your child together is incredibly valuable, and so have decided to host our appointments online.

Access to Lateral Flow Tests for households and bubbles of pupils in schools

As a member of a household, childcare bubble of a pupil, you can get a twice-weekly test:

through your employer if they offer testing to employees at a local test site by collecting a home test kit from a test site by ordering a home test kit online

Remembrance at Silverhill 2020

At eleven o'clock on the eleventh of November each year, the world holds a two-minute silence. Ours is not a silent world. There is noise all around us. So silence is special. Silence is good for remembering. It helps us to stop thinking about what is going on right now, or what we are going to do next. Silence gives us time to reflect. Reflect on those who lost their lives in wars around the world, the sacrifices they made and the bravery they showed.
