Breakfast and After School Club

- Year groups: Pupils aged 4-11 attending Silverhill and Mickleover Primary Schools
Operating during term time, breakfast is served buffet-style allowing children a healthy choice of cereals, toast and fruit before being taken to school by supervised escort. There is a range of appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to ease them gently into the day.
After School Club
A full range of activities is available for example table-tennis, board games, arts and crafts, as well as access to outdoor space and a wide range of play opportunities. Children are able to take part in the Childrens University Program. The program offers a range of activities and the children will gain credits for their learning and will be rewarded with certificates and medals.
Silverhill Extended School Service offers a safe, secure and stimulating environment where children have the opportunity to play, learn and develop freely.
The club is OFSTED registered and received a very good report from OFSTED in April 2008.
